Its an OLD game, retro style gaming.
In about 10 years, Ambroid really will be classed as old hat in its current state, but is this such a bad thing? Will staying as we are (text and limitedly based) actually benifit us in the future, to visits from people who loved these text based games? Whats your opinion? |

| I like these text based games better than the newer ones.
It would definitely help with the older group, not sure about the younger group though. It all depends on what kind of games they like. |

| Well! I like it a lot, its good stuff. But while keeping its text-based simplicity I would like to suggest incorporation of some minimal graphic themes like graphs, charts to make the stats more meaningful...
I would specially like to ask for very basic sorting capabilities in current tables. Like I should be able to sort in ascending or descending order the squads with highes land, money, DP etc. Feature was requested in other thread earlier too. I feel there will always be a dedicated group for such text-based games, like many romantic people still prefer letters and SMSs over skype... |

| I think there will always be a demand for a simplistic text based game but the problem is that along with the simplicity comes the fact that people can become bored with it. You notice that the people staying around longer have some other purpose in game, Be it an alliance leader or friends in game. If the game wants to be able to stay around it needs a complex side as well as simplistic side because lets just face it. Solving a ten piece puzzle is no where near as fun as solving one with a bit more difficulty. | |
